Videos more videos      Biography Erika Eleniak is an American model and actress of Ukrainian, Estonian, and German descent. She is best known for being a Playboy Playmate and for her role in the popular television series Baywatch. Erika Maya Eleniak was born on September 29, 1969 in Glendale, California. Her father is of Ukrainian descent and her mother is of Estonian and German descent. It was her father who helped her get her first break when his then girlfriend got Erika a modeling role in a television commercial for children's clothing. Within a few years, Erika made her film debut as the girl kissed by Elliott in a school classroom scene in the international hit film E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982). Erika next did many small roles on television including the roles of Stephanie Curtis in Charles in Charge and Jamie Coburn in Broken Angel. In 1989, Erika started appearing in Playboy to give the extra something to her career. She appeared on the cover of the magazine as well as the centerfold on several occasions. Her trick did seem to work and Erika soon landed the lead role of Shauni McClain in the television series Baywatch. She also got engaged to her on-screen boyfriend, Eddie Kramer played by Billy Warlock. She then decided to leave the show in 1992 and Pamela Anderson replaced her on the series. She was the lead female character for three seasons until Pamela Anderson replaced her in 1992. The relationship didn't last because of Billy's jealous nature. In 1992, Erika acted in the hit film Under Siege. She played the role of Jordan Tate, a Playboy Playmate hired to do a striptease for the captain of a U.S. Navy ship. Erika next starred as Elly May Clampett in the film The Beverly Hillbillies (1993). However, the film did not do well. In 1994, Erika starred in the romantic comedy Chasers opposite William McNamara to whom she got engaged for some time. In 1995, Erika did another film opposite McNamara, Girl in the Cadillac. She also did the role of identical twins in Panic in the Park and the independent film A Pyromaniac's Love Story. Erika went on to act in several films including Bordello of Blood (1996), Ed McBain's 87th Precinct: Heatwave (1997), The Pandora Project (1998) with Daniel Baldwin, One Hot Summer Night (1998) with Barry Bostwick, Final Voyage (1999) and Stealth Fighter (1999) with Ice-T, The Opponent (2000), Vegas, City of Dreams (2001) with Angelica Bridges, Snowbound (2001), Second to Die (2002), Shakedown (2002), and Betrayal (2003). In 2005, Erika appeared in the reality television series The Real Gilligan's Island. In 2006, she was seen as a contestant on VH1's reality television series Celebrity Fit Club, in which overweight celebrities compete to lose weight. On the personal front, Erika married Philip Goglia in 1998 but was divorced soon after. Her second husband is Rock whom she met on the sets of Snowbound in 2001 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. They have a daughter.
