Biography

Amy Weber is an American actress and model. She is best known for her appearances in the Playboy magazine as well as television series like Baywatch, Pacific Blue, and 7th Heaven.

Amy Marie Weber was born on July 2, 1970 in Peoria, Illinois. As a young girl, she was sort of a tomboy and loved taking risks and taking up thrilling challenges; she even used to ride motorcycles. Becoming an actress was no less of a challenge and she shifted to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting.

Out there, Amy was soon discovered by a modeling agency and she was seen in several modeling shows, advertisements, and television commercials. These commercials were for products like Nestea and Miller Brewing Co.

Amy got her big break when she was featured in the Playboy magazine's Book of Lingerie in September 1992. She went on to grace the magazine's cover in its Bathing Beauties April 1993 edition. She also posed regularly for the Girls of Summer (1993-95) and Book of Lingerie (1993-94) editions. She has also appeared in the Hot Denim Daze (1995) and Blondes, Brunettes, Redheads (1997) editions. In 2003, she was listed in Playboy's Sexy 100.

It was not long before Amy was seen in television series. Her role on the high school sitcom, Saved By The Bell was done at the beginning of her television career. She next did a regular role on the television series Silk Stalkings. Her other notable television appearances include the ones on L.A. Heat, the Spelling production Melrose Place, Jenny, USA High, Pacific Blue, The Young and the Restless, Baywatch, City Guys, and Port Charles. She also played a comic character in a sketch on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno (2004).

Amy has appeared as a guest on the popular series 7th Heaven and Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye.

Amy has also managed to get roles in films. She played a supporting role in the film Hunt for National Treasure. She has also played lead roles in films like Scarlet Mirror, Games, The Bet, Dr. Life, Art House (1998), Kolobos (1999), The Contract, and Starforce (2000).

In 2004, Amy appeared as John "Bradshaw" Layfield's image consultant in The Cabinet on the World Wrestling Entertainment's SmackDown! series.

Amy has also ventured into producing when she became an assistant to the producer for the film Traveller.

Amy was featured as the Whiskey girl in the music video for country singer Toby Keith's song Whiskey Girl.

Amy has also done some theater work. She has starred in theatre productions of Reservations for Two, 110 in the Shade, Apocalyptic Butterflies, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, and Grease.

On the personal front, Amy loves playing sports like horseback riding, gymnastics, kickboxing, rollerblading, dancing, and snowboarding to keep fit.
