Biography Nikki Cox is an American actress. She is best known for her roles on the television series Unhappily Ever After and Las Vegas. Nicole Avery Cox was born on June 2, 1978 in Los Angeles, California. When she was just four years old, she started appearing in several ballet productions like The Joffrey Ballet and a Los Angeles Music Center Ballet Tour and in television specials as a dancer. She also danced in the video for Michael Jackson's song Moonwalker and Paula Abdul's song Forever Your Girl. In 1987, Nikki made her television debut with a minor role as Little Iola Boyland in an episode of the series Mama's Family. In 1988, at the age of 10, Nikki made her film debut in the extra-terrestrial comedy, MAC and Me. She followed this up with several minor roles on television in the series Star Trek: The Next Generation (1989), Night Court (1990), Murphy Brown (1991), Baywatch (1991), Eerie, Indiana (1991), Blossom (1993), Someone Like Me (1994), and California Dreams (1994). She also acted in the television films The Ryan White Story (1989) as Andrea White, Danger Island (1992) as Ariel, and Bloodlines: Murder in the Family (1993) as a student. In 1991, Nikki appeared in a small role in the blockbuster film Terminator 2: Judgment Day starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. In 1993, Nikki landed a role as Gina Williams, the long lost sister of Jagger Cates in the television series General Hospital. She was on the series till 1995. Nikki next got her big break in 1995 when she was cast as Tiffany Malloy in the sitcom, Unhappily Ever After. She played the role till 1999. After acting in the films The Glimmer Man (1996) and Sub Down (1997), Nikki appeared on the Drew Carrey Show and Sin City Spectacular. She next made it big when she played the role of former prostitute Taylor Clayton on the sitcom The Norm Show (from 1999 to 2000). She also starred as Nikki White in the sitcom Nikki, playing the role of a Vegas showgirl from 2000 to 2002. In 2000, Nikki also played the role of Ms. Stamos in the hit comedy, Nutty Professor II: The Klumps starring Eddie Murphy. In 2001, Nikki played the role of Karen in the film Don't Plum. In 2003, Nikki landed a starring role as Mary Connell in the television drama Las Vegas. On the personal front, Nikki has been linked to Kevin Connolly, who played her brother on Unhappily Ever After and her Las Vegas co-star Josh Duhamel. In 1999, she got engaged to comedian Bobcat Goldthwait, who lent his vocals to Mr. Floppy, a stuffed rabbit on Unhappily Ever After. Goldthwait is around 15 years older than her. On December 29, 2006, Nikki got married to comedian/actor Jay Mohr in Los Angeles.
