Biography
Cecile won the third edition of Holland's Next Top Model. Before starting modelling, she studied at the Roosevelt Academy in Middelburg, the Netherlands. Being the winner of Holland's Next Top Model, she won a contract with a modelling agency and she appeared on the cover of the magazine Glamour.
