Videos more videos Biography Stacy Keibler is an American actress more famous as a former professional wrestling personality for World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Stacy Ann-Marie Keibler was born on October 14, 1979 in Baltimore, Maryland. As a child, Stacy was drawn toward physical activity and as early as three years old started studying ballet, jazz, and tap at a dance school in Dundalk. In her teens, she worked as a physical therapist and studied Mass Communications at Towson University in Baltimore. She was widely considered an above average student. Her first major job was as a cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens football team. The exposure that she gained from this job was instrumental in her landing a role in the comedy drama Pecker (1998). It was in 1999 that Stacy took the first steps to the career that would endear her to millions of fans. She entered a contest held by WCW to select a member for their Nitro Girls dance troupe. She won the contest and soon started performing dance routines on WCW's Monday Nitro show under the name Skye. However, Stacy was destined for bigger things. She took the stage name Miss Hancock and became a valet, even serving as an associate for the tag team of Lenny Lane and Lodi. In this role, Stacy was often seen in business attire. However, her impulsive acts like climbing on top of tables and dancing erotically won her numerous fans. She later went on to become a successful manager in the WCW. In 2001, when WCW was bought over by WWE, Stacy was among the 24 individuals whose contracts were retained by WWE. She made her debut in the WWE show Smackdown! and later moved on to RAW. In 2004, Stacy and WWE music producer Jim Johnston recorded the track Why Can't We Just Dance? for the album WWE Originals. Stacy also managed the 2004 RAW Diva Search for a few weeks and was voted as the 2004 WWE Babe of the Year. In the process, she became the first WWE Diva to defeat Trish Stratus in the Babe of the Year competition. In 2005, Stacy again moved back to Smackdown! and performed her last wrestling match with WWE. In 2006, Stacy appeared on the hit show Dancing with the Stars partnering with ballroom dancer Tony Dovolani. She placed third in the fiercely fought competition. She also appeared on the cover of Stuff Magazine and was ranked #5 in Maxim's 2006 Hot 100 issue. In her wrestling career, Stacy was involved with many on-screen and off screen relationships ranging from David Flair, the son of Ric Flair to her personal bodyguard turned wrestler Test. These relationships and events surrounding them were an added draw to the fans of WWE and contributed to the carefully crafted persona of Stacy. In 2005 Stacy was rumored to be dating actor Geoff Stults-a fact confirmed by Stacy in an interview in February 2006. From broken bones to broken hearts, Stacy has endured many obstacles in her life. Now that she is out of the wrestling entertainment industry, this leggy lass has her eyes on making giant strides in the world of mainstream entertainment.
