Biography
Emily Jordan Osment was born on March 10th, 1992 in Los Angeles, California. Her father is an actor and her brother is Haley Joel Osment who starred in the hit movie The Sixth Sense. Emily started in acting at a young age, she appeared on Third Rock From the Sun when she was seven. She continued with Touched by an Angel in 2000 and a Halloween episode of Friends in that same year. Her first big movie role came with The Secret Life of Girls in 1999.
She had bigger movie roles in Spy Kids II and III as Gerti Giggles. In March of 2006 she won a major role in a TV series called Hannah Montana on the Disney Channel. She plays the best friend, Lily Truscott, of a girl who lives a double life as a famous rock star, Hannah Montana, and a normal school kid played by Miley Cyrus.
Emily continues to earn her acting credits and build her skills. Stay tuned for more of Emily in the next few years.
