Released only on vinyl in the U.S. when the film first came out in 1986 (and deleted shortly thereafter), this is the CD edition of the soundtrack to Raymond Briggs' anti-nuclear sci-fi cartoon about the fate of an ill-prepared retired English couple when nuclear Armageddon strikes. 15 tracks, over half by Pink Floyd's Roger Waters, and the balance by David Bowie, Squeeze, Hugh Cornwell, Genesis, and Paul Hardcastle - most of which were recorded especially for the film .
