The Louisiana native began his professional career as a pre-teen following the untimely death of his father. Pursuing his career with uncommon passion, Kershaw signed to Mercury in the early '90s and ran off a string of smash singles including "She Don't Know She's Beautiful," "National Working Woman's Holiday," "Cadillac Style," "Don't Go Near The Water" and "Love Of My Life" among many others. Those hits propelled Kershaw into the ranks of country's top platinum-selling artists.
