A two-car crash on Highway 395 south of Colville claimed the lives of 39-year-old Mark Davis of Addy and his 16-year-old daughter. WSP troopers say Davis was driving north at a high rate of speed when he lost control of his car, spun around and crashed into a second car going southbound.
