short feature (58 mins) is a 1940s style film noir, shot, acted, styled and even scored in the manner of 1940s film noir. The script (a gender bending detective story), was written as a practical component to my Honors thesis on gender in Howard Hawks' 'The Big Sleep' (1946), completed in 2004. The film itself was shot on location and in studio.
