Houston Astro Craig Biggio joined the 3,000 hit club on June 28, 2007 making him the 27th player in baseball history to acheive that milestone. Making it even more special he did it all with one team. I chose the U2 song 'Desire' b/c he loves the group and they often play this song when he comes up to bat. It also just seems fitting of his desire to play such a wonderful game.
