Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio (born 1958) brings a kind beauty to the screen that is rarely seen there. She often plays pushy or aggressive characters but always gives them a soft spot which makes them also very endearing. In Class Action (1991) dir. Michael Apted she plays a lawyer of a big firm who is pitted against her liberal independant lawyer dad, played by Gene Hackman. Great support by Colin Friels, Laurence Fishburne and Jan Rubes.Edited to the tunes of the scherzo of Peter Tchaikovsky's 4th symphony.
