moved to LA and comes back to see his best friend Charlie (Robert Downey Jr) which he hasn't seen for five years after they had a big fight and who happens to be seropositive. But he misses his flight back and meet a young woman (Nastassja Kinski) whom he has an affair with. One year later, he comes back to see his friend in the hospital and realizes the woman is his friend's sister-in-law... Not a great movie (I think) but a great performance.
