Jamie Lynn actually announced her pregnancy in the magazine and they covered her baby shower. So this seems like the next step."The 17-year old Spears and fiance Casey Aldridge reportedly were to receive a large payday for exclusive photos of the baby. OK! does not comment on the terms of its deals with its celebrities.SOT: Quarles: We don't know a lot about the deal. OK! is not releasing figures but clearly some deal was made with the Spears family. But more importantly Ok!'s gotten exclusive access.
