He passed away May 7th 2007 due to a heart attack. On this TV program two of the most respected artists in the Arabic music industry (Nawal & Shereen) wanted to honor him with a medley of a couple of songs he composed for both artists. Riyad started singing since he was 6 years old, but then he drifted to composing as he grew up. He has composed most of the hits in the Arabic music, every Artists had to work with Riyad even for once. His name was a major attraction on any album, and still he will always be remembered ... |
