 | Australian Women Edge Team USA Australia won the women's 4x100-meter freestyle relay final to successfully defend the title they won in Montreal two years ago. Libby Lenton, Melanie Schlanger, Shayne Reese and Jodie Henry won the gold in a combined time of three minutes, 35.48 seconds, just 0.26 outside the world record.
