The lead singer and lead guitarist is Elijah Blue Allman, stage name P. Exeter Blue I, for the rock band Deadsy which consists of Alec Pure on drums, Dr. Nner on synthesizer, Carlton Megalodon on Z-tar, and Jens Funke on bass. Elijah, who recently embarked on a promising solo career, is deserving of much praise for being born to celebrities CHER and Gregg Allman but not letting that status keep him from being considerate, responsible, personable, and conscientious. Then karl said she 's the proof there 's no racism because she 's famous. Noemie argues that's she not black nor white, she"between the two" and that' actually biracial's the new trend. Karl ask if it was hard. She didn't say that ,especially thanks to people like karl who've begun to involve black models in fashion. Karl said:don't say black it's rude. Noemie:brown if you prefer. The gist of the interview is that coloured girls rarely make it big time as models in the fashion world. Karl Lagerfeld does not think it is racism but more a case of the culture and style of non whites not being geared to high fashion. There have been a few successful black models like Naomi Campbell and Daria taken on by great couture houses and that have become stars, but on the whole white or mixed-race models are more successful. Chinese or Japanese, and Indian models are practically unknown for instance, and there are no great couture designers from those continents, a fact with which Noémie agrees.  | Michael Jackson funeral A hearse containing Michael Jackson's golden casket began theshort drive to Staples Center on Tuesday following a private service at a Hollywood Hills cemetery. Jackson's family members and dozens of friends, led by his parents, Joe and Katherine, were seen entering a building at the cemetery. News reports estimated as many as 20 helicopters circled overhead. Police said that after the private ceremony, Jackson's body would be taken to the singer's public memorial at the Staples Center, which was to be televised live around the world. Among the celebrities expected to attend the memorial were Stevie Wonder, Mariah Carey, Usher, Lionel Richie, Kobe Bryant, Jennifer Hudson, John Mayer and Martin Luther King III. Outside the Staples Center, Claudia Hernandez, 29, said she loved Jackson's music as a girl growing up in Mexico. Now a day-care teaching assistant in Los Angeles, Hernandez said she cried watching TV coverage of his death. "I'm trying to hold in my emotions," said Hernandez, wearing a wristband to allow her admittance to the service and holding a framed photograph of Jackson. "I know right now he's teaching the angels to dance." Police blocked off roads and warned those without tickets to stay away because they would not be able to get near the downtown venue.
