 | The Amazing & Hottest Car Show There was alot of eye candy on the 5th of April at Kala Ghoda and what a way to start a sunday morning. The Parx Super Car Show, was presented by Shell Helix Motor Oils and in association with HSBC and Grey Goose, and it was the first-of-its-kind event in India. The Parx Super Car Show is essentially a parade of the finest luxury and sports cars, which include top brands like AMG, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mercedes Porsche, Rolls Royce amongst others. The event was flagged of by former F1 driver Narain Karthikeyan and Mr Gautam Singhania. The finest sports and luxury cars hit the roads Sunday morning. |

 | Superleague Formula van start AUTOSPORT - Het seizoen van de Superleague Formula is gestart. Op het circuit van Silverstone werd de twee openingsraces verreden van het circus dat over ruim een maand neerstrijkt op het TT-circuit van Assen. In totaal rijden er 17 bolides voor 17 verschillende voetbalclubs. Voor Nederland doet PSV mee, en verder onder andere AC Milan, Liverpool en Olympique Lyon. De klasse kent veel ex formule 1 coureurs zoals de Fransen Sebastiaan Bourdais en Franck Montagnie en natuurlijk onze eigen Robert Doornbos. In de eerste race was Yelmer Buurman duidelijk de meest indrukwekkende van de drie Nederlandse rijders. De coureur van AC Milan reed van een zevende naar een tweede plaats. Alleen Craig Dolby (Tottenham Hotspur) bleef Buurman voor. Robert Doornbos en Narain Karthikeyan (PSV) konden geen potten breken. Ze deden niet mee in de strijd om de hoogste plaatsen en eindigden als 11e en 12e. In de tweede race was het Chris van der Drift die van zich liet spreken. De Nieuw Zeelandse Nederlander moest alleen Sébastien Bourdais voor laten gaan. Yelmer Buurman viel dit maal uit en Narain Karthikeyan crashte. Robert Doornbos werd dit maal zevende met een auto die veel last van onderstuur had. |
