A LOST Theme Song Parody, tenth in a series of Theme Song Homages, sung to the tune of the One and Only title theme from LOST, as well as the composition, "Life and Death" Thanks to my buddy Ben Westlake for the idea of the Lost intro at the beginning. Photos from: www.pdfoto.com, http www.morguefile.com, http en.wikipedia.org www.picfindr.com, http LOST is my favorite television show ever. Every week it was an event to be watched with friends, and if that wasn't possible, it was surely talked about every day for a week afterward. I had been introduced to the show through my girlfriend at the time who loved the concept. I tuned in to a very slow Jin and Sun episode about halfway through the first season and wanted to shut it off at every commercial break. I was confused about what was going on, the pace was deadly, and I didn't really like the characters. However, that night when I signed online, there was an article about things I might have missed as an audience member while I was watching the episode. I clicked on it out of curiosity, and I have been hooked on the show ever since. I had never seen a program on television before that used so many metaphors, literary references, and easter eggs to keep viewers involved. LOST has taken it's place as my favorite show EVER. That's right. Ever. Sorry if you're a hater. But, if you are, go back and start at Season ... | | LOST Season 2 Bloopers Bloopers from the LOST Season 2 Box-set. Lost is an American live-action television series. It follows the lives of plane crash survivors on a mysterious tropical island, after a commercial passenger jet flying between Sydney and Los Angeles crashes somewhere in the South Pacific. Each episode typically features a primary storyline on the island as well as a secondary storyline from another point in a character's life, though other time-related plot devices change this formula in later episodes. Filmed in Hawaii, it was created by Damon Lindelof, JJ Abrams and Jeffrey Lieber. The score was composed by Michael Giacchino. It's won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series in 2005 and the Golden Globe for Best Drama in 2006. Out of the 324 people on board Oceanic Flight 815, there are 48 initial survivors (47 humans and one dog) spread across the three sections of the plane crash. The first season had 14 major roles. Naveen Andrews portrayed former Iraqi Republican Guard Sayid Jarrah. Emilie de Ravin played the pregnant Australian Claire Littleton. Matthew Fox acted as the troubled surgeon and protagonist Jack Shephard. Jorge Garcia portrayed Hugo "Hurley" Reyes, an unlucky lottery winner. After both teams drew a blank from 90 minutes of tense action on Wednesday night, with Arsenal missing some decent chances, Derby's Kane Richards scored in the first half of extra-time to settle the game. Leicester City made it through to the next round of The FA Youth Cup more comfortably by smashing Aldershot for five in their Third Round tie. In a completely one-sided game, Leicester's two strikers, Tom Hopper and Harry Panayiotou both scored twice, whilst Matt Robinson completed the 5-0 rout of the League Two team. Chelsea also went through to the next round after beating Doncaster Rovers 2-1 at home, after going behind to a shock early goal. He will surely be missed. ^_^ | | 1989 - Le Mans - Dominic Dobson fire At 8.45pm, the first pace car appeared, in response of a horrific looking incident caused when the Takefuji Porsche caught fire exiting the Mulsanne Corner. The fuel system was thought to have been damaged in the car's earlier off and when it started to leak, the rear of the car erupted in a ball of flame. The brake lines were burnt through in a spectucular conflagration and Dominic Dobson had to bring the 962C to a halt by steering into the barrier just before Indianapolis. Dobson had little trouble getting his belts undone, and the car was well alight by the time he made his escape, fortunately unscathed.
