 | Hadise - (Ain't No) Love Lost Hadise is a Turkish-Belgian R&B singer.Hadise was born Hadise Aç?kgöz in Mol, Belgium on 22 October 1985.She was first noticed in the Flemish (Northern Belgian) version of Pop Idol, Idool 2003. Even though Hadise failed to win, she was immediately offered an album contract in recognition of her talent . Soon after, her first single Sweat (feat. Raw Jawz) was released and instantly became a hit, being played constantly on dance radio. The second single Stir me up also was a great successHer third single "Bad boy" was released in late 2006 and became huge hit all over Europe, making her one of the hottest new music artists on the continent. The video was shot on location in a beach in Thailand.She won the TMF Belgium award for "Best Urban Act" for 2006. It was presented to her by famous American hip hop producer and musician P. Diddy.Hadise cites Christina Aguilera, Janet Jackson, Alicia Keys, Brandy and Beyoncé as the major influences for her Urban pop sound. She speaks Dutch (Flemish), Turkish, French, German and English fluently. She's best friends with famous Flemish singer Kate Ryan. |
