 | Katharine McPhee - Somewhere Over The Rainbow Katharine McPhee is a very attractive young woman. Now, it's just a hunch, but I think most of the heterosexual male population would agree. She was great to look at and, in my opinion, had one of the greatest voices of the competition to date. Sure she got some flack for bouncing around on her knees during 'Big Black Horse and the Cherry Tree,' or for giving America a quick glance at her underwear during 'I Have Nothing,' but she was excellent in every way, already making headlines before she'd even won the damn thing.I thought 'Someone to Watch Over Me' would've been her top performance, but she proved she could go even farther by singing this song perfectly. She's MILES ahead of Taylor... performances like THIS prove why.We all hear about Elliot, Katharine, and Chris. Yet most of the time, I wonder:Where did that Taylor guy go? What did he do with the title of 'American Idol'?Where are those 'people' who voted for him, helped him win, then avoided his album (which sold poorly), his tour (which sold poorly), and everything else he made?Where are his music videos? Awards? Where is his list of accomplishments? I just don't get it. And based on this performance, he deserved to go through? Based on Elliott's performance, Taylor was 'better'?I mean if you're a Taylor fan, please give me a reason as to why people like Katharine, Elliott, Chris , Paris, and even Melissa, failed. | | American Idol Season 5 - Katharine McPhee audition katharine's audition | | "American Idol's Katharine McPhee" "American Idol's" Katharine McPhee puts the rumors to rest and lets Tyra give her a "hands on" test to prove that her breasts are real. | | Katharine McPhee - I Have Nothing Ah, come on guys... I HAD to do it!!!EVERYBODY was talking about what happened during this performance.I'm not posting this out of 'disrespect'; I love Katharine! And I'm religiously 'controversial', so I'm not oogling her goodies. But as soon as the song started, and that slip in the very middle of the dress began to part, I kept thinking:'Hm... that's heading a little too.... 'North.''And then she started doing the that 'I-Feel-The Song-So-Much-I'm-Gonna-Stomp-Around-For-Emphasis' stuff, and that dress peeled like a banana. She sang the song like a pro, but having an 'I'm-Not-Whitney' night is never a good thing.I didn't notice 'it' at first... but the next day all those internet celeb-gossip sites kept replaying that part of the song where the dress parts and we see Katharine's 'boxers.'Her underwear matched the dress though, thank God; At least it wasn't striped or green. But now, everytime I watch this video, all I think is:*Crotch*Crotch*Crotch*Katharine has a great voice!! And she's one hell of a performer. So don't look at her crotch guys. It's all about the music. And the art. | | Katharine McPhee - Everywhere I Go (With Lyrics) Picture Slideshow with lyrics.Enjoy! ^_^ | | Katharine McPhee - Love Story This is track #1 on Katharine McPhee's self titled debut album.
