 | The "SKINNY" Buffie the Body (funny but real) www.bodynomics.com In this video, I went from 119lbs to 180lbs and now I'm 173lbs. No one ever believes me when I tell them that I was once skinny. No butt, no thighs, no hips...NO NOTHING. I hated being skinny and it truly depressed me. Most of my friends were "shapely and thick" but I wasn't. My genetics had a lot to do with my slim frame because everyone in my immediate family (except my sis) was slim. I REFUSED to let that be my destiny. I was determined to work AGAINST genetics....and I did. I don't ever want to see skinny again! Some of you may be able to relate...some of you may not.  | How Buffie the Body does SQUATS (the best butt and thigh builder!) www.bodynomics.com SQUATS are one of my favorite exercises. Why? Because I think it gives my booty and legs quicker results. Keep your knees back as much as possible, shoulders back, knees aligned with 2nd and 3rd toes, and chest up. I get the best results with plates under my feet. You should NEVER have PAIN in your knees, back, neck or shoulders from doing squats. If you do STOP and find out what you're not doing correctly. Find out which technique works for YOU best to avoid injury. Everyone will not always do squats identically (this is MY way). Matter of fact, you will see most exercises done differently by different people. I normally do squats 2 times a weeks. I do 6-12 reps, 3sets, slow to medium tempo, 45 lbs and up. PLEASE give time for muscles to rest and repair after an intense squat workout. I need at least 3-4 days in between (because of sore muscles) before I squat again. Listen to your body!
