 | Carrie Underwood - Independence Day Carrie's hair deflated!Well, I mean it's not as ginormous as it was the previous week.Although she came out with a *gag* sea-green 'sequined' scarf (which I can overlook for now). Sure she gave us the Broken Windmill Arms a few times, and a one point it looked like the Robot, but the sweet Country Gal pulled it off.Is it any surprise?Season 4 probably had the strongest contestants, but out of all of them, Carrie was the least flawed.Someone should tell Bo that the mic was able to unhook from the stand; He didn't have to carry that thing all over the place. It's probably a Rocker thing: Carrying stuff. Anthony felt more like a Clay Aiken clone, ditching his glasses mid-season and spiking his hair with product. He never was as good.Scott only had one facial expression. Ever. And his dancing was limited to shifting from the left leg to the right, then back again. Oh, and sometimes he'd snap for flair.Constantine was the long-haired rocker who wasn't Bo, with the evil 'I'm Gonna Kill You' stare everybody thought was sexy.Anwar was a smooth vocalist who worked like an elephant sedative. Sleepy sleepy sleep is all I ever felt with him. Nadia was amazing, but she'd strain and make scrunchy painful faces, like she was trying to comically fart. Her hand would spasm a few times. Her neck got veiny.Lindsey was boring. Pretty girl but her songs were bad and performances were wooden.Vonzell's smile was great and she was always full of pep. (Still confused as to why she didn't make it to the finals). Maybe the fact that her dad showed up in a full Pimp Outfit?Nikko wasn't voted into the Top 12 to begin with and only made it by default. And he had a tendency of taking off his layers of clothes and throwing his hat off mid-song.Mikalah sounded like that 'Coffee Tawk' hostess with the heavy Bronx-Italian accent. And she had the Fran Drescher/Barbra Streisand look. She was loud and sassy. So naturally she was loved by half (me!!!) and hated by others (my sister).And Jessica was just NOT Carrie.So, by process of elimination, Carrie wins.*Poop #2!*When we get to Poop 5 something BIG is going to happen. It's a surprise. |
