Even when we lived in Texas and Oklahoma, where there are many major storms, we had never seen a cloud such as this one. It had a super density to it that seemed quite unnatural. In all of our travels, even to places that have Lenticular Clouds we had never seen a cloud with such unique qualities. It has been described as everything from a weird lenticular cloud to a cloaked alien UFO / ovni, some have even suggested that it is a terrestrial chemtrail or HAARP / haarp altered cloud and others that it is just ones of God's beautiful unique creations of nature. it should be noted that it held it's form over time in a very unusual manner as well. Certainly make your own decision as to what you think it is, but again having lived in areas with very intense weather and having traveled quite extensively, we had never seen a cloud that had all of the properties of the one in this video. This came from the extras on the DVD The Road to Memphis: www.pbs.org And the only other complete performance by BB on the extras is Key to the Highway, which doesn't have this incredibly searing guitar and is in fact pretty "lite". His career dates back to the late forties and despite now being in his eighties he remains a vibrant and charismatic live performer. BB King has been a frequent visitor to the Montreux festival, appearing nearly 20 times, so choosing one performance was no easy task. This 1993 concert will surely rank as one of his finest at any venue. With a superb backing band and a great set list its a must for any blues fan. |
