Hi guys, I'm Dana Ward and welcome to the show. A quick summation of the cast for the upcoming NEW MOON starts out with Jamie Campbell-Bower. He's the British actor from Sweeney Todd who's set to play head vampire Caius. According to reports, Jamie had to do a bit of research for the film because he hadn't read the Twilight series. Michael Sheen was team Jacob in Underworld but he has switched sides and will now play the important role of Aro. The third leader of the volturi, Marcus, will be played by Christopher Heyerdahl. Canadian actress and model, Noot Seear, will be playing the vampire role of Heidi. 15-year-old Dakota Fanning will be taking on young vampire Jane for NEW MOON and Cameron Bright will be Alec. Chaske Spencer will be acting as Sam Uley. He's from DreamKeeper, Red Dead Revolver and Skins. Some newer stars to Hollywood, Tyson Houseman will portray Quil and Kiowa Gordon will play Embry. Alex Meraz, from One Journey, The New World and Two Spirits, is all set for the role of Paul. Bronson Pelletier will act as Jared and finally, Tinsel Korey from 'Mothers & Daughters' will play Emily.  | Twilight New Moon Casting: Dakota Fanning & America Ferrera Twilight New Moon Casting: Dakota Fanning and America Ferrera It's time for Harry Potter to step aside because a new film franchise has taken the top spot. After the incredible success of the first Twilight Film, it seem as though Hollywood is all-abuzz with talks surrounding it's sequel "Twilight New Moon." What we do know about New Moon is that it will follow Bella and her on-going relationship with Edward and the complications that they undergoe. The troubles they faced in the first film were just the tip of the iceberg. Most recently we are learning that superstar Dakota Fanning is close to signing on to play a new character in the film. Fanning might be playing the character of Jane, the Italian Vulturi vampire, and this would mark the first villain role for the experienced actress. While out promoting her current film "Push," Fanning said that she really hopes the deal works out and it's something she looks forward to doing. Fanning isn't the only well-respected actress vying for a role in the film. Apparently Ugly Betty Star America Ferrera auditioned for the role of Emily Young, fiance to Sam Uley and second cousin to Leah Clearwater. Ferrera is quoted as saying she loved the books and would SO love to be in the movie. In other Twighlight news Taylor Lautner owes a big thank you to his loyal fans. And now were hearing that we wont have to wait very long to revisit our favorite vampires! Insiders are reporting that the Twilight sequel New Moon is set to rise in less than a year?with a tentative release date of November 20, 2009. So what can we expect to see? Well, what we do know for sure is that the film will be headed up by a new director. Chris Weitz, who is well-known for his CGI work, will be leading the young cast. And while thats very exciting, what fans are most curious about is the character of Jacob. Will Taylor Lautner be reprising his role or will it go to someone else? Apparently, Lautner is set to meet with the films new director this week to discuss whether or not he is capable of continuing the role of Jacob. Ever since Lautner landed the Twilight gig, some have insisted that he isnt physically appropriate, and that he doesnt have the bulk it takes to portray a character going through a supernatural maturation. Lautners also being criticized for his babyface and movie-makers doubt his ability to play a rugged ware wolf. When listening to Koops music it's somehow easy to believe that it's played by a small orchestra, but in fact the music is based on samples. Thousands of small clips from records puzzled together into new songs. All the drums, strings, horn sections and choires are actually sampled! This is a very time consuming way to make music (it's one of the reasons it takes such long time to make a koop album), but it's the only way to create the surreal Koop sound.
