 | Aaliyah - More Than A Woman (DVDRip) Aaliyah, de son vrai nom complet Aaliyah Dana Haughton était une chanteuse, de R'n'B, actrice, danseuse et mannequin afro-américaine née le 16 janvier 1979 à New York et morte dans un accident d'avion le 25 août 2001 à Marsh Harbour dans les îles Abacos (Bahamas). Produite à l'origine par R. Kelly, elle devient célèbre durant les années 1990 grâce à plusieurs collaborations avec Timbaland et Missy Elliot. Artiste platine, elle vend plus de 8 millions de disques rien qu'aux États-Unis et 32 millions dans le monde. Elle a joué dans deux films qui lui valurent une bonne critique de la part des médias. Elle a été également ambassadrice de la marque Tommy Hilfiger pour la ligne de vêtements "Street But Sweet". Aaliyah (2001) Le troisième album de Aaliyah qui porte son nom est commercialisé le 17 juillet 2001 mais le premier single sort en avril 2001. La même année, elle est invitée à Skyrock pour le promouvoir. La majorité de l'album est enregistrée en Australie pendant le tournage du film La Reine des damnés dans lequel elle a tenu le rôle de la reine. Pendant cette période, elle travaillait son rôle dans le film durant la journée, et elle enregistrait son album en studio durant la soirée. Confrontée à cet emploi du temps, Aaliyah n'a pas pu beaucoup collaborer avec Missy Elliot et Timbaland mais ils ont travaillé sur We Need A Resolution, More Than A Woman et I Care 4 U. Ainsi elle n'apparaît pas dans l'album de Missy Elliot qui a été produit durant cette période. L'album ... |
